 Step-by-Step Video iPod Sync Guide for Beginners - Sync PC with iPod |

Sync PC with iPod Guide - How to Copy Movies from iPod to Your PC
- Connect iPod with your computer
- Click Window's "Start" menu
Click "My Computer" to open the window "My Computer"
- Click menu "Tools", then click "Folder Options..."
- Click "View" tab, click the radio button "Show hidden files and folders", and then click "OK" to the change
- Locate your iPod's device name in "My Computer"(it should be the last drive in your computer in most cases), then double click it
- There's a half-grayed-out folder named "iPod_Control" in iPod's folder, double click it to enter into its subfolder
- In the "iPod_Control" folder, double click the half-grayed-out folder named "Music"
- If you don't want to check out the movie and music contents inside these folders, skip step 9 & step 10, and go directly to step 11, Double click folder "F01", or other folders, to check out the movie and music contents inside this folder
- You'll read some MP4 movies and MP3 files inside folder "F01"
- When you finish examining the movie and music contents, click button "Up" to go up one level of the directory, i.e., go to folder "Music"
- Click "Search" button in the folder "Music"
- Click "All files and folders" in the left pane of the "Search" window, as shown below
- Leave the first two textareas blank, so that you can search all of the mp4 movies and mp3 music files in iPod. In the drop down list box "Look in:", make sure you select "Music" as the search folder. Meanwhile, you need to click "More advanced options" button, then check the box "Search hidden files and folders", click "Search" button
- Click the first folder or file name in the "Search Results" window
- Then click menu "Edit", click "Select All" to select all of the mp4 movies and mp3 music files in "Search Results" window, then click "Edit" menu again, click "Copy" to copy these mp4 and mp3 files into the clipboard
- Now go to the "Desktop", right click the blank white area in "Desktop" window, a pop-up menu shows up, go to "New", another pop-up menu appears, select "Folder" to create a folder to store all of these mp3 and mp4 files
- Rename the folder to "iPod's Movie & Music", or some other name you prefer, then double click this folder to enter into it
- In the blank white area of the folder "iPod's Movie & Music", right click to bring up the pop-up menu, select "Paste" in the pop-up menu to paste all of your iPod's mp3 and mp4 files. Congratulation! You've made it in the end to copy mp4 movies and mp3 music files from iPod to your PC.
