Open iTunes in your computer, before iTunes detects your iPod, iTunes looks like the one shown below
When iTunes detects your iPod, locate your iPod device name in iTunes. Your iPod's name will be automatically listed on the left pane of iTunes when you launch iTunes. Click it.
And your iPod's display screen looks like this:
Click tab "Movies" on iTunes' top pane, check "Sync Movies", select "All Movies" if you want to sync all of them into your iPod;
or select "All unwatched movies";
or just choose any movies your prefer by click "Selected Movies".
Click "Apply" button in the bottom right of the iTunes' pane.
iTunes is now sync'ing the selected movies with your iPod Video
if the mp3 files or mp4 files are not supported by iPod, it'll bring up this Warning window, click "OK"
When iTunes finished sync'ing with iPod, click "Eject" button to safely disconnect iPod
Now iTunes returns to normal status as shown below
