- Click button "Convert" in the top right of the program's main pane, to start batch converting your video files. On the bottom right of the main pane, you'll notice the "Original File Info ...", which is very important to set up your "Video Conversion Profile" exactly the same as the original file info. Otherwise you'll probably have the choppy/stuttering/clicking/crackling/noisy video and audio problems.
- The video files are now being converted to mp4 format. You'll see the Progress Indicator in the "Status" column, indicating the percentage of conversion job done.

- If you want to stop converting the current video file in the middle of process, press "Stop"
- Once the Batch Conversion job is done, the program will tell you conversion status of each file. Below is the detail of each status:
"Done" means the video file has been converted successfully;
"Aborted" indicates the video file can't be converted in the Batch Mode, you need to use the Single Video Converter to convert it;
"Failed" shows that the file can't be converted in Batch Mode, you should use the Video Converter (Single Mode) instead;
"To Do" demonstrates the video file is currently in conversion job queue
Go check the "Output Folder" in your iPod Video Batch Converter, to locate all of the finished videos in your assigned folder. You need to convert those video files which can't be converted under the Batch Mode and the status is listed as "Aborted", in the AVex iPod Video Converter (single mode), one by one.
High resolution (640x480), video bitrate (512kbps+) and audio bitrate (96kbps+) will definitely take more time to convert. If you want a fast conversion, keep resolution as 320x240, video bitrate as 300kbps, audio bitrate as 80kbps. Then the conversion speed should be 2 or 3 times of the playback speed.
