When will I receive my information?
Immediately. You will receive your software immediately via direct download.
This download will be compressed and you will have to decompress it using either WinZip (www.winzip.com) or WinRar (www.rarlabs.com).
Alternatively, you may contact: support@worldtvonpc.com , The support of World TV on PC can open an account for you so you have access to the member's area and are able to download the software again at any time. Just send them a full copy of your receipt and the login details you wish to have, and they will open an account for you, for back-up purposes.

Do I need a broadband connection or a very fast computer?
Obviously, broadband is a better choice, but in your member's area you can choose to have all channels listed by broadband / non broadband and also by Country, by type (News, Sports, Moves, Music, etc).
You don't need a fast computer at all. You will see that your member's area is very intuitive. |

Will I be able to use my membership on different computers?
For your own security, our dynamic membership system mantains control the members that are logged in.
If there are several IP addresses logged in with the same username / password combination at the same time, our system will identify this as a fraudulent use of the membership.
However, if you log in from Germany one day, from France on the next, and two days later from the USA, there will be no problem with that. Not even if you use different computers.
Just remember: Our service has been thought to watch TV overseas. No matter where your geographic location is, you will access a huge amount of channels from home, from abroad, from anywhere. |
